Customs information and fees
Because we want to be completely transparent, we would like to present you with some key information regarding customs. Depending on what you order and where you live, your order may come to you through customs. The section below explains how this works and what you need to know.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered to you;
Since we cannot control customs in any way, we are not able to add customs or duties to invoices. (If we did, it wouldn’t really be fair to our customers, as not all orders incur customs charges – in fact, many do not.)
As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any fees such as taxes, duties or other costs added to your shipment by your country’s customs. More information on this subject below. We are not able to reduce the prices on your customs forms, as this is illegal and we always want to do the right thing.
As the buyer, you are also responsible for making sure that the items we ship are legal/permitted to be shipped to your country, and you do so at your own risk.
We do not issue refunds;
We do not issue refunds nor will we be held responsible for lost, stolen or confiscated items. That being said, if you have problems with a shipment at customs and don’t know what to do, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
What to do if your order is picked up by customs
If necessary, customs will contact you by mail or email. They will inform you of the next steps for customs clearance. Other than that, if you have any questions, please contact us.
